In a note that could be called "terse" even for a tweet, Bethesda has informed fans of forward-facing dragons and worldwide stability that Skyrim's update version 1.3 is available on Xbox Live. Originally scheduled to hit consoles last week, 1.3 is designed to address some issues caused by the last patch, including backwards-flying dragons and "magic resistance not calculating properly."
