Engadget reviews the PlayStation Vita

The PlayStation Vita may still be months away for the world outside of Japan, but that won't stop Engadget from reviewing Sony's new handheld. Our cohorts put the hardware through its paces and found it to be a great piece of gaming kit with a sharp screen, a smooth interface and well-implemented controls. Like the 3DS, unfortunately, it suffers from very short battery life - about three hours of straight gameplay and up to five for media playback, social networking and the like.

Homemade golden Nunchuk is a real treasure

Keen with desire to own a golden Nunchuk to match the golden Wii Remote released for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword? Well, you can't get an official golden Nunchuk outside of Japan's Club Nintendo, but that can't stop you from making your own.

Enter Reddit user alycenwonderland, who crafted a very slick custom Nunchuk that, dare we say it, looks even better than the official peripheral.
