Resident Evil: Revelations debuts strong on UK charts

Resident Evil: Revelations for 3DS is the first launch of the new year to break the UK Top 40, debuting in sixth on this week's chart. According to Chart-Track, it is also the seventh largest launch for a 3DS title.

The top five this week are a shuffle of the standard. FIFA 12 defends its top position for a sixth straight week, with Modern Warfare 3, Skyrim and Just Dance 3 consecutively in step behind it.

Xbox Live Arcade 'House Party 2012' begins Feb. 15







Microsoft plans to kick off the Xbox Live Arcade House Party for 2012 on February 15, releasing the four previously revealed titles back-to-back. At this time, Microsoft isn't revealing pricing nor the order in which it plans to release the titles. Yeah, our definition of "House Party Details" varies greatly.

A company rep confirmed that the order listed on Xbox guru Major Nelson's site is simply alphabetized.
