We imagine whatever "GTA TV" and "Rockstar TV" are to be a lot like either Fox or Spike, so it's bizarre that Take-Two even bothered applying for a trademark for those names. But that's just what the publisher has done, as OXM UK discovered. Both applications were filed within the past week with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, though neither has been approved just yet (nor will either be until an examining attorney is assigned "approximately three months after filing date").

With all the Street Fighters, Marvel vs. Capcoms and Mortal Kombats floating around these days, it might be hard to decide if your tough, battle-hardened heart has room for one more fighter.
